SPS shall provide maintenance Services from 9:00 a. m to 5:30 p.m. (Monday through Saturday except on Sunday and holiday) to keep the machine in good working condition. If the call logged before 1:00 p.m. then it will be attended same day, if call logged after 1:00 p.m. then it will be attended on next day before lunch, until or unless it is not very urgent. The Services consist of Preventive & corrective maintenance & include carrying out of necessary parts, replaced parts become the property of SPS.
Before accepting the machine, inspection shall be carried out by SPS. This agreement shall remain in force initially for a period of one from the date of commencement mentioned herein before. It shall stand renewed for further period of one year on each occasion subject to confirmation from the party.
We will provide you best services from here (SPS) for 1 year but in between if you want to stop services then before stop the services, you have to send a notice before 45 days in written and if we want to stop this services then also we will give you a notice as well.

A: AMC WITH PARTS NOT COVERED IF-:
The maintenance does not include
- Repair of damaging from accident, transportation, negligence or misuse (including absence of voltage stabilizer).environment stresses including dust or cause other ordinary use
- Performing Services in conditions with relocation of machine or adding or removing accessories, devices or other attachment, additions of cards, WORK STATION GRAPHIC CARDS are not covered by this agreement
- Electrical work external to the machine or maintenance of accessories, computers, networking cables, connectors, I/O ports, peripherals or attachment & other devices or addition of cards is not covered by this agreement.
- The customer shall bear the cost of upgradation in the system, for the parts are not available in the market or outdated.
- SPS will not take the responsibility of software & data loss , as software are not a part of hardware AMC , but SPS will help its customer for all his requirement.
- If any engineer or manpower required as extra will we charged daily basis @ 1200.00/- per day
PAYMENT
Annual charges for the maintenance shall be invoiced & paid on the signing of this agreement
(Annual Maintenance Charges will be billed on Annual basis) IN ADVANCED
AMC PERIOD
AMC PERIOD IS ONLY FOR 1 YEAR
THE INCREASE IN AMC PRICES ANNUALLY IS 20-30 % ON EVERY YEAR.
Amc spares stock
ALL ORDINARY SPARE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE ALL TIME FOR READY TO MOVE.
If carrying out repairs & fitting of replacement parts are necessitated by the third party’s fault SPS shall be entitled to make an additional payment and/or refuse the services agreed to be tendered in this agreement.
The charges specified in this agreement are not only in respect of peripheral, cards & feature installed on machine and mentioned attachment herewith, on the date of commencement.
Of this agreement, additional charges should be levied on cards peripherals, feature & device installed subsequently.
